Ranch Rules

TRIPLE "T" RANCH RULES 

We ask that everyone with your group get a copy of these rules! 

 1. All vehicles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes etc. are to be kept on roads into or on ranch, or designated USFS areas east and northeast of ranch. We are not liable for accidents. Catch & release fishing & swimming are permitted in pond, but please use extreme caution. Please use barb-less hooks. Watch your children and do not leave them unattended. We're not liable for accidents.

2. No firearms or fireworks are to be discharged on property.

3. No open fires allowed, except in fire pit located by ball field. Fire pit inside is inoperable. We are under the same fire restrictions as the public land areas controlled by USFS.

 4. Do NOT trespass on property to west of ranch. It is private property. Please stay within fenced area of ranch. Property to east is Forest Svc. Land and may be hiked or used under any USFS restrictions applicable.

5. We bought a new ice machine and we ask you not to mess with the water valve and please just leave it plugged in and running.

 6. The hot water heater temp. control dial should be turned from "vacation" setting to "hot" setting and then returned to "vacation" setting before leaving.

7. Chairs should be replaced on chair rack after use, and tables put back under loft area where stored.

8. Please clean thoroughly, and sweep & mop the kitchen & lg. meeting room before leaving. The brooms, mop & bucket are in furnace room (door next to ice machine.

9. Bathrooms should be cleaned thoroughly, disinfected, swept & mopped before leaving.

10. Pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. that are on premise can be used, but please clean them & put them away, taking extreme caution not to mix them with personal items you take when leaving. We are not responsible for items you may accidently leave behind.

11. You will need to furnish your own paper products, (paper towel, toilet paper, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.) There are a few of these items on the premise in the pantry if you run out & have need of them. Any items you have left over & want to donate would be appreciated. You will also need to furnish your own bedding, towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo etc.

12. Cleaning supplies, dish soap, etc. are underneath kitchen sink & in upper cabinet in bathroom area above small counter top. Please leave facility cleaner than you found it.

13. Please assign trash patrol & pick up all trash, inside & outside. There is a trash dumpster east of big building-by the road leading south. New trash liners are in pantry and should be replaced in all trash cans.

14. When leaving, please turn off all lights, vent hood, etc. and close & lock all exterior doors, and replace the key. Do NOT lock small cabins.
